I recently bought the Mediterranean Diet Guide and it is a stunning journey in the culinary field.
It reminds us of the many journeys that we’ve made around the Mediterranean and where we really enjoyed the various kitchens and cultures.

The design of the book is simple, well and clearly defined and supported by beautiful photos. Even my husband who is never in the kitchen starts to become a Chef and our kids love it to.
